It's Official: Tommy Lee Jones in Monterrey

It's official, the Academy Award winner Tommy Lee Jones will be part of the Monterrey Film Festival 2008. The Texan actor will be in the Mexican city to be awarded the "Cabrito de Plata" for his lifetime achievements.

He will be in Monterrey August 20th and 21st. Stay tuned for more info.

Mr. Jones has an Academy Award for his role in "The Fugitive" (1993) and has two other nominations: for his supporting role in "JKF" (1991) where he was directed by Oliver Stone and for last years "In The Valley of Elah" (2007).

In 2005 Tommy Lee Jones directed the film "The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada" written by mexican Guillermo Arriaga. He also starred in the film alongside mexican actress Vanessa Bauche.
