Cumbia Callera, the mexican film, will have a big premiere as part of the Monterrey Film Festival 2008.The premiere will take place August 21, 2008. The next day the Moscow Film Festival winner will have its commercial release... so check your local listings. This was announced by the film's director, Rene Villarreal, to El Norte.
